| Below is a handy
set of charts that will help you determine the size unit you need based on
how many items you have and the size of those items.
All our units are 10' in height, so you get more
cubic feet of storage space than average, (average storage units have a
height of 8')
Just keep track of and multiply the quantity you
have of each item by it's size, and add the total at the far right. After
you go through the entire checklist, add up the total cubic feet of your
belongings to be stored and choose a unit that will accommodate that amount
of cubic feet.
Storage units offer the follow cubic feet and
square feet
- 6' x 6' 36 ft/sq, 360 ft/cu
- 5' x 10 50 ft/sq 500 ft/cu
- 10' x 10' 100 ft/sq, 1,000 ft/cu
- 10' x 15' 150 ft/sq, 1,500 ft/cu
- 10' x 20' 200 ft/sq, 2,000 ft/cu
- 10' x 30' 300 ft/sq, 3,000 ft/cu
- 12' x 30' 360 ft/sq, 3,600 ft/cu
